A man is facing charges after police said he let a pitbull loose and it bit someone.
According to Oneida Police, mark A. Hall, 34, of Oneida, is alleged to have let his pitbull dog loose from his control and the dog ran after and bit another person.
Hall was charged with a charge of "dangerous dog" and a violation of the city trash ordinance.
He is scheduled to appear in city court on July 20.
