Arrest made in incident when person was bitten by pit bull

An arrest has been made in connection to a Labor Day incident in which a person in the area of Seventh and Ohio was bitten by a pit bull dog.
Adams County Animal Control officers and Adams County Sheriff's Department investigated the incident which resulted in an arrest at 4:40 p.m. Thursday of Anthony L. Kroeger, 24, of 711 Payson Ave., on a charge of unlawful possession of an unaltered dog. Kroeger was lodged in the Adams County Jail.
Adams County Sheriff's Deputy Dale Holt did not provide information on the victim of the incident.
