Permanent home found for abandoned bait dog

From NBC 10 News

A rescued pit bull that appeared to be used as a bait dog has found a permanent home.
Providence Animal Control found Ruby wandering the streets last week.  Her teeth were filed down, indicating that someone was planning to use her to train fighing dogs.
With her teeth filed, she wouldn't have been able to cause as much injury to the dogs that attacked her.
Animal control officers say they've found someone to adopt Ruby.
