  1. Who should a SC citizen against dog fighting contact to report suspected ring in their neighborhood? Local police are useless in  this small town - said to be part of the dogfighting ring. Police actually came with suspected dogfighter to take a dog being fostered by a good foster family even though police were told by the Humane Society that the dog should not be released to person claiming it was their dog - so sad for dog and heart breaking for foster family, knowing that the dog would probably be fought or used as bait.
Anyone have any ideas of how to help? Please post reply.
