Gaston man accused of stealing dog

A Gastonia man faces charges he stole a dog from a man on Friday, according to arrest warrants.
John A. Wilson, 30, of 2560 Caswell Court allegedly stole a pit bull dog from Marcus Friday of Gastonia.
The dog is four months old and valued at $150, according to the warrant affidavit.
Wilson allegedly stole the dog from Friday’s home at 704 Logan Street, Gastonia, according to the affidavit.
Wilson was charged with larceny of a dog, which is a felony, and held under a secured bond.
