Group seeks more funding, stronger punishment to help Madison County, IN animals

An organization started about a year ago to provide financial support to the Animal Protection League is shifting its focus to helping Madison County residents who can’t afford it on their own pay for spay and neutering services for their pets.

Susan Blake, founder of Ambassadors for the Care of God’s Creatures, said Saturday that all money raised by the organization will go to its Spay and Neuter Assistance Project.
